YTCaptions.Cool provides automated transcription and caption styling services for video content. The Service generates YouTube-compatible caption files (YTT format) that users can download and upload to their YouTube videos.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than delivering our services to you.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and process the content you submit to the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
